Those men are toxic. Hiding an inhaler is pretty serious. Hiding anything important is serious enough. They might improve after the marriage is done, but I'd worry they'd put their egos in front of the couple having a smooth and comfortable big day. At the very least, having untrustworthy people at my wedding isn't something I'd want. I’d want them to know too that I consider them untrustworthy and that they need to earn trust back after endangering the husband.
