That's not a female best friend, that's a backup GF. Not the same. A female best friend would be supporting you . She'd be showing herself to be the same for you. But sometimes the GF will decide any female friend of the guy has to go regardless. Some do that by custom and their gut doesn't tell them anything, their confidence level is just low.
