Racism is a big piece of what's going on, but religion, culture, ability, are other ways in which people are excluded and discriminated against and attacked. Someone could be White but unexpected in other ways and be excluded on those accounts. That's what I often see missing in the privilege checklist/maatrix idea. It's an incomplete analysis. People have a tapestry of factors, not a continuum.
