I've been an athlete my whole life. I'm not a glutton in any sense of the imagination. I eat well and I don't eat sugar, and a minimum of processed food. I've had my diet examined by multiple people who are very expensive, and I've eaten suitable meals provided by nutritionists for months, and gain weight the whole time. Most women I know in my age group are having the same kind of problems, and my close friends who are in many ways similarly affected are also the same, athletes with long-term control over their diets. Several have tried reverse dieting and it's worked for only one. I don't think you know anything at all. I'm sure there are a fair number of people who eat like you're talking about but there are so many more who are disciplined and do the right thing and are not getting anywhere Post 40. We do not need to hear about church like you who don't know enough. Accepting the misspelling so that I won't get caught. We did not need this please don't do this crap again.
