It's kind of a new thing to call Italian people White and Joe Rogan has an Italian mom. Just thought I should point that out.

I don't believe he has a moral compass of his own, and he adopts the moral compass of who's in front of him and his perceived environment. So on one hand, being in the MMA world myself, I can say he has jumped to speak in support of and help with money and time and with the leverage he carries to help people of color, he also hits against proper treatment and social issues because complex value systems aren't an area he's strong in. It could be that he's an emotional thinker, like a Trump type rather than a values one.
