It’s an ugly thing to do to try and discount anyone’s work due to it’s location. I think you’re not very nice to try to use that to limit someone’s pay. Either they provide good work or they don’t. That has nothing to do with where they do it. AND it’s a way that used to actually limit disabled workers pay even more than the inability to gain experience often does. I hope you’ll remove it, because I honestly believe you’re making it up to cut someone’s wages.
