I'm lost by what you were offended by. Most of the comments you describe were pretty positive. I'm also a fairly sex-positive person so someone saying it makes them feel sexual feelings for you isn't wrong to me.

And no one is diminishing you or keeping you from talking. But if you feel shame then you need to think about why and whether you're appearing to your own standards.
