I work on a team that has a partially disabled makeup and many of them face a lot of extra work just to get ready that the average person doesn't need to worry about. I have attention and occasional social issues at work, my life is better at home with occasional visits and events. Most of my team of over 50 people are more productive at home. We do tons of meetings and have lots of org tools and very few issues.

This is probably my 10th remote team. I will never try to go to the office for a tech job again. A film set, sure, the vibe is different and more to a concentrated goal and often a tight and finite schedule that keeps people focused, but everyday office work isn't like that. No thanks.
