I was asked something like this once. I responded with something like. "I think we should stay out of these personal questions. There are no perfect employees or employers. We just try to feel each other out and hope there's a fit." I moved to the next round no problem but I got work elsewhere before they made decisions. Don't assume you have to cooperate, just be thoughtful-sounding on your non-cooperation!
