I think you're better. I've noticed a fair number of Autistic and ADHD "coaches" who have been super condescending to the slightest question or disagreement with ideas that they seem to regurgitate but not really understand. They also seem to, as you said, lack an understanding of what their words do to their readers. And they care more about their reputations than the truth or the well being of those they claim to serve.
