I see an average guy who likes to feel strong with a vibrant, happy woman. She seems sweet and happy and making the most of who she is. A lot of men like soft women at various sizes. It's not unusual no matter what others say. He's joyful with her, so what fool would mess with that?

My body doesn't tolerate weighing more than 50 extra, mostly due to my knees, but there are other factors too. If her body is naturally comfortable in that shape then there's a bio reason for it. Go with the flow.
