I have POC friends who assume I'm never treated differently because they see me as White or think Jews are priviledged. I'm part of a minority who is definitely treated better than many POCs but I'm not a White person and I'm not enfranchised the way Christians are. I'm also culturally different and am penalised for behaving in a way more consistent wth my culture. So I don't have all the expierences but many. I find myself quite annoyed when I see work colleages seemingly subconsciously holding my black coworkers to a higher standard than their whiter counterparts. I've had to call it out a few times. I can''t imagine dealing with it every day. it probably feels like water torture sometimes. :(
