I have avoided it, more since in recent years, I haven't been washing my hair quite as much. It's caused my hair to thicken a lot and balder spots have filled back in by themselves. I had some luck with the Viori Rice Shampoo bars and some others like it, but recently I realized I missed Mane N Tail. I always liked how it boosted my fine hair. And now I'll be trying their new high-shine formula to see if I can get volume and shine at the same time.
