I don't think that's the POV women in military have. Few feel welcome. And most of the men are not sexually assaulted or shut out by their friends for reporting it. Doing physical work isn't suffering and men tend to have the comradery with each other that women don't get to help them cope.
It's better than it was, but it's only in countries where service is required is where the better in-group treatment happens. Your view is painfully from the outside. Maybe you should speak with more of them because it's obvious you don't. You might try reading my statement again. Men have pushed women out of most physical work and have punished them repeatedly for participating in male-dominated fields. Men like their extra money and they don't welcome women in these situations. Until they do, there won't be many women in formal military. Most will be like the ones guarding their family with minimal gun training as they are now in Ukraine.
