I don't buy their study for the simple reason that it seems that 80% of US women have this problem by 40ish but in many other countries its not happening at this rate even though their lifestyles are more or less the the same. I think their idea of "careful" needs looking into.

Also these medical ideas beign espoused about hormones and imbalances didn't come from nowhere and there are success rates from conclusions like the cortisol problem and results to be had from getting hormones adjusted. My doctors wouldn't have pointed to those things if there weren't commonality to be aware of in the first place. I am FAR from a sigle incidence. So yeah, I think it does refute it quite a bit.

Even further, most of my health problems have been solved not by seeing the average doctor which is where most people stop to solve things. Celebrities, richer people and professional althletes have been source of newer health knowledge and have given me quility of life I would not have had otherwise.

It isn't that my health problems were unusual, it's just that those who are trained to fix them are hard to find.
