I can think of a reason not mentioned. Most of us who are neurodivergent don't want to deal with some of the worst exclusion behaviors of neurotypicals. While clearly not all are guilty, people being chosen for promotion because of emotional inroads over performance, and pushing people out of jobs who didn't make the in crowd, so that would mean we'd want straight shooters, none of those social habits.
