Hey, ~10 years ago, the ratio of major male roles to female roles in film and TV was 4:1. Now we're looking at 3:1. By comparison, it looks like we're everywhere. But guess what? Women are still just under 50% in actual population or 1:1 . THEN we will look overloaded for sure!
