As someone who did tech for nearly 20 years in the Washington DC area for government contractors, including lots of Northern VA where technology is most common, there was a slight shortage of of black faces considering the area, but never brown faces working with me, including on the leadership side. I'm not familiar with Arthur Grand as a company. I know who HTC Global is and it's owned by an Indian guy who I've met. No shortage of brown faces in his entourage either. They are correct that whoever this is doesn't have a job.
