Again you're showing you don't know anything you're just a know-it-all. Most of us who have started in the athletic circles have the scales to measure the stuff we have the apps to help us count everything, and most of us have tried multiple types of diets to see if one would work significantly better than another without any serious look at it. Several of us have paid for meal services and have eaten only from that. There are quite a few people with quite a lot of money who can't get it done even with all the help around them. You're simply wrong and once you're old enough you'll experience it yourself and you'll feel stupid.
