A lot of people make or break their futures by how they chose to spend their money. It's highly personal. 75 K isn't that much if you're responsible for people other than yourself, property etc. For many not spending on things that are often free is on the list of taking control of their spending. Walk a mile in someone else's shoes. I generally don't get many people acknowledging my birthday and it's fine. I'd be weirded out by a 15 page anything about it. And HOW do you have time for this and for HOW many coworkers?
